Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 93pk ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 93pk website, all games, betting markets, promotional offers, payment services and any other services made available at 93pk.ws and its associated subdomains. By accessing or using 93pk in any capacity — including browsing the site without an account — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, bonus terms or game-specific conditions published elsewhere on the 93pk platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific terms will take precedence with respect to that promotion only. All other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of 93pk is strictly restricted to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be aged 21 years or older. 93pk strictly does not permit access by persons under 21 years of age. Creating an account or wagering while underage is a serious breach of these Terms and any winnings will be voided.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party when registering an account or placing wagers on the platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether issued by 93pk or any other gambling operator — that would render your participation in online gambling impermissible at the time of registration or play.
• You must not hold more than one active account on the 93pk platform at any time. Duplicate accounts will be identified and closed; balances associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration and keep that information updated for the duration of your account. Providing false registration details is a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of 93pk services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account at any given time. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information. 93pk reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration details at any stage.

• Each player may register a maximum of one account. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts or accounts held on behalf of another person are prohibited. 93pk employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate registrations.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. This number is used for account verification, security notifications and identity confirmation. The mobile number must be one that you personally own and have access to.
• You are responsible for providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth and address. These details will be verified against identity documents submitted during KYC. Mismatches between registration details and KYC documents will result in withdrawal holds until the discrepancy is resolved.
• 93pk may require you to submit identity documents (government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership) as part of the KYC process. Documents must be clear, valid and unaltered. Submission of forged or tampered documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• 93pk reserves the right to request re-verification of your identity at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal that significantly exceeds your historical activity on the platform.

93pk may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary for security or compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of the request being made may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 93pk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made by Players:

• The minimum deposit amount at 93pk is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by 93pk at platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits to your 93pk account are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 93pk does not hold funds during the deposit process; the credited amount equals the amount confirmed as received by the designated 93pk payment account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for standard accounts and within two to four hours for VIP-tier accounts. Processing times begin from the point at which the withdrawal request is approved by 93pk's internal review process, not from the point of submission.
• All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. 93pk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in your name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.
• 93pk reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal where the amount is significantly above the player's historical average, where KYC has not been completed, or where suspicious activity has been flagged on the account.

93pk processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the withdrawal limits applicable to the player's account tier. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside of 93pk's direct control, including delays at payment provider level. 93pk charges no platform fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

93pk offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific bonus terms published alongside each offer, which set out the applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum deposit conditions. The following general bonus rules apply across all 93pk promotions:

• All bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated in the specific offer terms) must be wagered on eligible games before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus offers are available only to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for that specific offer. 93pk reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotional offer at its discretion, including where there are grounds to believe the offer is being abused.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Bonus wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward meeting the wagering requirement. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or zero, as specified in the individual offer terms.
• All promotional offers have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used before the stated expiry will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• 93pk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to the original offer terms.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all bets placed and games played on the 93pk platform. These rules apply to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and crash games equally unless a specific product section states otherwise.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 93pk does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases where the bet has been accepted in error due to a manifest system error or incorrect odds publication.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market before a bet is placed. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through coordinated play or technical means is prohibited.
• In the event that a game or market is settled incorrectly due to a technical error or data feed failure, 93pk reserves the right to void and re-settle the affected bets based on the correct outcome. Players will be notified of any re-settlement that affects their account.
• Sports betting markets on 93pk are subject to the specific sporting event rules applicable to each sport. Cricket betting markets follow international cricket rules as administered by the ICC and the relevant domestic board (BCB for Bangladesh domestic fixtures). Any ambiguity in market settlement will be resolved by 93pk's trading team whose decision is final.

In the event of a technical fault or interruption during a game or bet, 93pk will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome from available server logs. If a fair determination cannot be made, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. This policy applies to all game types including live casino tables.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

93pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that allow players to manage their participation in a manner consistent with their personal circumstances. 93pk strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are binding on all players:

• Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) from their account settings at any time. Deposit limits take effect immediately when lowered and cannot be increased within the same seven-day cooling-off period. This cooling-off period is a mandatory protective measure and cannot be waived.
• Self-exclusion is available to all players and can be activated from account settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended, login will be prevented and all marketing communications from 93pk will cease. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the selected exclusion period.
• 93pk is a platform for adults aged 21 and above. If you believe your gambling is causing financial harm, emotional distress or affecting your personal relationships, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available on 93pk and to seek support from an appropriate external resource.
• 93pk does not extend credit to players under any circumstances. Players may only wager funds that are available in their real-money account balance. Playing on credit or accepting transfers from other players is not permitted on the platform.

Account Security and Player Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 93pk account credentials. You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 93pk support immediately.
• 93pk will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from 93pk that requests your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 93pk support immediately.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your device is free from malware, keyloggers and other security threats before accessing your 93pk account. 93pk cannot be held liable for account compromise resulting from security vulnerabilities on your personal device.
• 93pk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for an additional layer of security. While 2FA is optional, its use significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 93pk platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 93pk reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void any winnings associated with that conduct without further notice:

• Opening, maintaining or operating more than one account on 93pk, or assisting another person to do so, is strictly prohibited. This includes creating a new account after a previous account has been closed by 93pk for a breach of these Terms.
• Any form of collusion — including coordinating bets with other players, sharing account access, or deliberately manipulating game outcomes through coordinated play — is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, exploit promotional offers or interact with the platform in a manner not available to a standard human user is strictly prohibited.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, money laundering or any other criminal activity is prohibited. 93pk operates anti-money laundering (AML) controls and cooperates with relevant authorities where suspicious financial activity is identified.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, undisclosed vulnerabilities, or gaps in game logic to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Winnings generated through the exploitation of such errors are not valid and will be voided upon discovery.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 93pk platform — including but not limited to the 93pk brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, data compilations and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 93pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No element of the 93pk platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 93pk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 93pk platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, scrape, mirror, frame or otherwise extract any content from the platform for redistribution or commercial use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 93pk, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors and service providers exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 93pk platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings or profits, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

93pk does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions and circumstances outside of 93pk's reasonable control — including telecommunications outages, server failures or acts of government — may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. 93pk will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

Amendments to These Terms

93pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 93pk will provide notice via email to the registered address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the 93pk platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of 93pk following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 93pk customer support.

Termination and Account Closure

You may close your 93pk account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, 93pk will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Active bonus balances that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

93pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, suspected multi-accounting, suspected bonus abuse, or where 93pk has reasonable grounds to believe that continued operation of the account would expose the platform or other players to risk. Where an account is closed by 93pk due to a confirmed breach, any winnings generated through that breach may be voided.
